Full Job Description
We're looking for a Support Worker to support our young client in Bexhill-on-Sea. Our client has needs such as autism and challenging behaviour. This role offers a unique opportunity to help our young client thrive both at home and in the community. All of the shifts are double up shifts (two support workers on shift together).,
- Support the client with personal care, medication, and daily activities.
- Provide guidance in managing challenging behaviors and build a trusting, positive rapport.
- Drive the client to exciting community outings
- Work alongside another support worker during each shift for team-based support
The ideal candidate will have experience to include; autism experience, knowledge of Makaton, PECs, previous experience in a SEND school.
Competitive Pay: Up to £16 per hour (depending on experience) - Training & Development: Full specialist training course, shadow shifts, and ongoing support from our Care Manager.
