Full Job Description

As a Support Worker, you will help individuals with learning disabilities lead fulfilling and independent lives by promoting choice, inclusion, and dignity. Your responsibilities will include: Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks Teaching and encouraging independent living skills Supporting individuals with medication management Facilitating community-based activities such as swimming, social events, and leisure outings, At Glenholme, we believe in treating individuals, their families, and our staff with respect and dignity.   • Previous experience working with learning disabilities and mental health (essential)
  • A compassionate and patient approach to care

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

    Hourly Rate: £12.75 - £12.95 per hour (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE) + Paid Training + Health & Wellbeing Benefits + Career Development Opportunities
