Full Job Description

This is a support worker role at Enable, a company that provides services for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. The role involves working at a supported living service in Weymouth, supporting residents to live independently and access the local community., As a support worker, you will be responsible for encouraging and supporting individuals with their daily activities, social engagement, personal care, meal planning, and budgeting. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to work both as part of a team and independently. The role requires a proactive and positive approach to delivering person-centered care and support.
