Full Job Description

As a Support Worker, you will be providing care and support to two gentlemen and one lady in their 60s, assisting them with daily activities and promoting their independence. Duties include:

  • Personal care, moving & handling
  • Shopping and household tasks
  • Social activities such as cinema trips, meals out, walks, and visits to the zoo
  • Encouraging communication and supporting family involvement
  • Shifts Available: Days - 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Long days - 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM (sleep-in) followed by 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM, As Disability Confident Leaders , we guarantee to interview all disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the vacancy - Dimensions has been awarded this symbol by Jobcentre Plus to recognise our commitment towards the employment, retention, training and career development of disabled employees As part of our commitment to making reasonable adjustments we can offer support to complete your application.
