Full Job Description

The service supports men aged 20-50, all of whom are non-verbal - so someone joining the team should be comfortable supporting individuals with alternative communication needs. People here enjoy a mix of activities, including:

  • Hydrotherapy pool sessions
  • Trampolining and biking
  • Feeding ducks
  • Sensory activities, arts and crafts
  • Walks, drives, TV, music and being in the community
  • Trips to Blackpool and Southport are favourites, Supporting with appointments
  • Meal preparation and household tasks
  • Sensory activities, crafts, and time outdoors
  • Walks, community outings, shopping and social activities
  • Encouraging confidence, communication and independence

Reiver House supports people with:

    Full-time or part-time contracts available
  • Shifts between 8:00am and 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday
  • Rotational shifts: days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins
  • Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support
  • Sessional/bank hours also available, Cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops
  • A library, post office and high-street banks
