- Working as part of a supportive team that values and appreciates your contribution, A Support Worker provides practical and emotional support to individuals who need help with day-to-day living. This can include people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, or those facing challenges due to age or illness., Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene)
- Supporting with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and shopping
- Helping with medication and health appointments
- Encouraging social interaction and participation in activities
- Providing emotional reassurance and companionship
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
