T&C's applyWe are looking for people to join our passionate, forward thinking service in Luppitt as Support Workers.The role of a Support WorkerAs a Support Worker, your role centres on supporting residents in our care home to live fulfilling lives and do what they enjoy. You will:Work across different areas within the care homeAssist with daily tasks and routines within the homeTake part in activities with the residentsHelp residents develop and maintain key life skillsEncourage independence and personal choiceAccompany residents on outings and support them in engaging with the communityWhat we need from youOur Luppitt service is bringing support work into the 21st century; it's fresh, new and exciting and we want people who will run with that idea. No experience is necessary as full training is provided so if you are flexible, imaginative, creative, caring and can think on your feet we want to hear from you.Given the rural nature of this service it's best that you have access your own vehicle.Your pay and benefitsIn reward for your hard work and dedication as a Support Worker you will receive:

• £12.40 per hour
• 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Extra 12.7% pay for relief staff members (Please Note: The higher hourly rate offered for this relief position is designed to compensate for the absence of paid annual leave. This means that while you receive an increased rate of pay, you will not accrue paid holiday time as part of this role.)
