Job Description
Support Worker Salary: £12.60 per hour Location: Redruth Contract/hours: We are looking for a part-time or full-time 37.5 hour contract. Are you ready to have a meaningful impact on someone's life? Our support workers are the heart of everything we do. We want you to empower the people we support to live their lives how they want to, whether that's travelling the world or spending time in their local park! All we ask is that you have the commitment and drive to encourage and guide the people we support to make this happen.
Who will you be supporting?
This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as:
- Dressing
- Personal care
- Finances
- Medication
- Attending any appointments
- Employment, Volunteering and hobbies
