We are currently looking for active and upbeat Support Workers to provide support to 7 ladies and 1 gentleman with learning disabilities in their own home. Aged between their 30's & 60's, the people you will be supporting have a wide range of interests and abilities meaning no week is ever the same. • Heading out to the Theatre,
• Enjoying National Trust excursions
• Planning a big party
• Listening and having a dance to some music
• Sitting and watching a good film with some popcorn!
Whatever the week looks like, it's usually good fun and there is so much more we could do with the addition of new Support Workers to the home! Your role as a Support Worker will be to help these people live the life they choose whilst promoting independence, individuality and encouraging them to find opportunities in all aspects of their life. • £13.13 per hour, with uplift for overtime and sleep-ins
