In this role, you'll be supporting two individuals in making their own choices - whether it's everyday decisions like what to wear, eat, or do, or something bigger such as where to live, how to manage their finances, or where to go on holiday. As a trusted Support Worker, you'll empower people to follow through on these choices, including taking part in structured activities that build confidence and develop new skills. You'll also offer practical support to help them meet responsibilities like paying bills, maintaining their homes, being good neighbours, and staying connected with friends and family. Please note personal care is involved as part of this role. Your goal is to make everyday remarkable through enhancing well-being and focusing on the small, meaningful moments that bring joy and purpose. No experience is required as full is training provided. We'd love to hear from you if you:

• have strong communication and teamwork skills

  Hours: Part time 16 hours per week. This is over 7 days between the hours of 9am to 9am following day. This role will include 1 full day shift and 1 sleep in shift per week for which you will be paid extra for
