We're looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Female Support Workers in the Ammanford area to help empower young people, some with complex needs, to live their best lives. This is more than just a job - it's a chance to be a positive force in someone's journey, every single day. - A competitive salary of £14.12 per hour on weekdays and £14.68 on weekends, paid weekly (this includes rolled-up holiday pay).
- We'll cover the cost of your Enhanced DBS check, and Social Care Wales registration fee, and even provide a Blue Light Card-saving you over £70!
- Paid travel and waiting time up to 30 minutes.
- Paid mileage on support sessions (40p per mile).
- Full-time hours and set shifts, or flexible shift patterns.
- Refer a friend to join our team, and you'll both receive a £150 bonus-what a win-win! (paid once you have both worked 12 weeks).
