Diary management

The Support Worker role may need a presence on all five of the University of South Wales campuses, Treforest, Glyntaff, Sports Park, Newport, and Cardiff. There may also be a requirement for successful candidates to work online for some of our courses., The majority of work will take place during the academic year, September to June' Work levels are variable, and hours range from between 0 and 20 hours per week depending on the student requirement. Most of the work will be on campus and there may be an element of online working dependent on student timetables and locations. Staff will receive monthly payment upon receipt of a completed timesheet.

As this role is working alongside students you would be responsible for delivering key administrative processes such as supporting staff and students with ad-hoc queries.

We are looking for candidates who have good administration and people skills., Applicants should have their own mobile phone, an excellent standard of written and spoken English, be competent in their use of IT systems, Teams and Microsoft 365. A further education (FE) or higher education (HE) qualification or equivalent is essential and experience of FE/HE environment is desirable., Disability Confident
