- Deliver compassionate, tailored support to individuals with learning disabilities
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and meaningful daily engagement
- Support with personal care, medication (if required), and everyday tasks
- Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities, and community access
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to care planning and detailed, accurate record keeping
- Uphold the values of inclusion, respect, and person-led care
Experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker - Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or above)
- A genuine passion for supporting people with learning disabilities
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
- A proactive, team-focused attitude
- Commitment to promoting dignity, choice, and independence
