As a Support Worker, you'll be part of a close-knit, supportive team providing high-quality, person-centred care throughout the day. Whether it's assisting with daily routines, encouraging independence, or enabling people to enjoy new experiences, you'll play a vital part in helping others live life on their own terms.,

  • Deliver compassionate, tailored support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Promote independence, wellbeing, and meaningful daily engagement
  • Support with personal care, medication (if required), and everyday tasks
  • Encourage participation in hobbies, social activities, and community access
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to care planning and detailed, accurate record keeping
  • Uphold the values of inclusion, respect, and person-led care

    Experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker
  • Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or above)
  • A genuine passion for supporting people with learning disabilities
  • Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude
  • Commitment to promoting dignity, choice, and independence
