  • A bit about the people we support in this services: Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, this one-of-a-kind service is home to five men and one woman with physical disabilities. Each person lives independently in their own self-contained ground floor flat, with the added comfort of a close-knit, supportive community and a welcoming on-site office. You'll be working alongside these individuals to support their day-to-day independence, help build their skills, and assist with everyday activities , all while offering emotional support. Whether it's heading to the gym, catching a football match, or even going surfing, no two days are quite the same! The team here lives by the "do with, not do for" approach, which empowers the people we support to live life on their own terms. The impact of this approach has been incredibly positive, and as part of the team, you'll have the rewarding experience of seeing the difference you make every single day.     We have a various part time, permanent positions available.
  • Day Shifts: 7am-3pm / 3pm-11:00pm
  • Sleep-In Shifts: Additional to day shifts (+ £62.64 per shift)
  • Hourly Rate: £12.75, making the annual salary £24,531 (FTE)
  • What You'll Need:
  • A genuine passion for supporting individuals with complex health needs
  • Flexibility - our service runs 24/7 and shift patterns vary
  • A full UK manual driving licence - There is a mobility car at this service and correct licence is required.
