• Part-time - 24 hours per week (with a sleep in as extra) Part-time temporary maternity cover for 1 year - 29 hours per week (with a sleep in as extra) Full UK manual driving licence required Female-only service (due to the needs of the individuals we support) This service operates 24/7, so flexibility is key. You'll work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins. Typical day shifts run from 7am - 11pm with sleep-ins as additional hours. Your day-to-day might include:
Supporting independence in cooking, budgeting, and household tasks Administering medication Encouraging and supporting hobbies like hiking, fitness classes, and social outings Helping individuals access community activities and local groups Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with cleaning, administration, and team collaboration Bringing fresh ideas to enhance the lives of the people we support

Experience in supporting individuals with Epilepsy, physical or mental health needs is beneficial but not essential, we provide full training and ongoing support from our experienced team and management. • An hourly rate of £12.75 making the annual salary £ 24,531FTE)
