Full Job Description
Support Worker (Part time) - Llanfoist, Abergavenny, Llun Y Mynydd - Hourly rate £12.60 to £12.80 per hour. This is dependent on qualifications and experience. (Driver Essential)
Hours available: Full time and Part time.

The Role: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with autism.
About Llyn y Mynydd: Join our team at Llun Y Mynydd, a tranquil residence nestled in the serene rural surroundings of Llanfoist, near Abergavenny. Our individuals can also enjoy relaxing walks along the picturesque Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal, Shopping, bowling, local walks, arts and crafts are just some of the activities our individuals take part in.
A day in the life of working at Llun y Mynydd includes:
- Providing high-quality care and support tailored to the specific needs of our supported individuals.
- Encouraging and assisting individuals in participating in activities, hobbies, and social interactions.
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks and personal care, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Promoting independence and helping individuals achieve their personal goals.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalised care plans.
- Ensuring a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all individuals.
