You'll play an important role in supporting

  • Oliver to live a fulfilling and independent life, with the full support and involvement of his team and wider support network., Daily Living Support: Help Oliver with daily activities, meal preps, and light
  • household tasks to keep his routine running smoothly.
  • Community Adventures: Encourage Oliver to access the local community and
  • enjoy outdoor walks.
  • Skill Building & Independence: Work alongside Oliver to develop life skills that
  • boost his confidence and self-sufficiency.
  • Be a Friendly Confidant: Build a genuine connection with Oliver, providing
  • companionship, encouragement, and a positive vibe every day.
  • Health & Well-being Monitoring: Look out for Oliver's safety, well-being, and
  • overall happiness, always keeping communication open with his family and care team.

  • Genuinely Compassionate and Non-Judgemental: You understand that everyone
  • communicates and experiences the world differently.
  • Patient and Calm Under Pressure: You take the time to listen, observe, and

When he's not in the garden or the kitchen, Oliver enjoys going on walks.
