We are seeking a passionate and understanding support worker to provide 1:1 support to a gentleman with mental health needs and autistic traits. The gentleman lives in a residential setting in Ackworth. The ideal candidate will work closely with the individual, supporting their well-being, interests and goals both in the home and community settings.

You will be required to accompany and support the gentleman in participating in his chosen community-based activities. He enjoys riding his bike, swimming, bowling and has a passion for art., Be prepared to undertake any training that may be required to meet the needs of the role

Special Conditions:

A Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) and two satisfactory references are conditional for the post. This is a free and confidential process.
