Full Job Description
We are seeking a Support Time Recovery Worker to join our busy team at Britton House Gillingham As an STR Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting service users to live fulfilling lives. You'll provide recovery-focused mental health interventions, practical support with daily living, and help individuals access community resources. You will also assist with physical health monitoring, including phlebotomy and ECGs, and contribute to therapeutic groups and post-diagnostic sessions. The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
- Deliver recovery-focused mental health interventions.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of therapeutic groups and interventions for clients and carers.
- Assist with physical health monitoring.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate effectively within the multidisciplinary team.
- Promote diversity and respect individuality in all aspects of care.
