- Support from the wider team Candidates are required to have a Legal right to work in the UK due to the nature of the role, offers of employment will be subject to additional vetting and security checks., As our new Support Time & Recovery Worker, you will:
- Be part of an extended team working across Liaison & Diversion service
- Liaise with a wide range of services such as the police, probation, courts and legal services as well as both inpatient and community health and social care services
- Be involved in the daily support of children and adults, including those from hard-to-reach communities to engage and navigate through the Criminal Justice System
- Support access to the full scope of identified health needs, including substance misuse (alcohol and drugs), mental and physical health, homelessness, learning disabilities, exploitation, safeguarding and social care issues It doesnt stop there we also offer:

Experience of working with service users, face to face, with a variety of health needs - Relevant experience working as/within Mental Health and/or Recovery support services
- Excellent communication skills and ability to gain appropriate level of consent
- Understanding of clinical governance, health and safety
- Motivated as an individual and when working in a team
