  • Please note this role covers our 4 units in the Merseyside Cluster. Travel is required to all units - mileage is paid., BPAS has an exciting opportunity for a Support Services Coordinator to join our team at our Merseyside Cluster. This is a part-time, permanent role working 29 hours per week across Monday to Friday. Further details on shift pattern, locations and salary can be found below.
  • As a Support Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of non-clinical services within the unit. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering domestic, catering, and facilities services, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for both clients and staff. Working closely with the Treatment Unit Manager, you will support the day-to-day operational management of the unit, overseeing administrative processes, coordinating facilities services, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and regulatory requirements.,
  • Line managing a team delivering domestic, catering, and facilities services, ensuring high standards of performance and quality
  • Overseeing day-to-day administrative processes, including staff attendance records and general office systems
  • Monitoring stock levels and coordinating purchasing to maintain continuity of services
  • Coordinating facilities management, including maintenance, contractors, and planned preventative maintenance
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, including risk assessments, COSHH, and fire safety procedures
  • Supporting regulatory inspections and maintaining appropriate documentation and records
  • Developing and improving administrative systems to support the efficient running of the unit

  • Do you thrive in a varied, fast-paced environment where you can make a real impact on the day-to-day running of services?, You will be an organised and proactive individual with experience in administration and team leadership, ideally within a care or regulated environment. You will be confident managing competing priorities and committed to maintaining high standards across a range of support services.,
  • Experience in an administrative role with responsibility for coordinating services and resources
  • Experience of managing or supervising staff
  • Knowledge of facilities management and health and safety requirements
  • Strong organisational and IT skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A practical, problem-solving approach and the ability to work independently
