Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of young people? Join us as a Support Officer UASC and play a key role in supporting Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC) Care Leavers as they build the confidence and skills to live independently.No two days are the same.You'll support a small caseload of young people, meeting them across our properties in Oxford and helping them navigate the transition to independent living.From supporting them with housing and accessing local services to developing everyday life skills, you'll build trusted relationships that make a lasting difference.Working closely with colleagues and partner agencies, you'll use your initiative to respond to changing situations and help young people overcome challenges as they work towards greater independence.We're looking for someone who is compassionate, proactive and organised, with experience supporting vulnerable people or those with complex needs.
