Full Job Description
The Interface Services Administrator will provide efficient, reliable administrative support to the Interface Services. The role is essential in supporting safe patient flow, timely discharge coordination, accurate information exchange, and effective communication within and beyond the Trust.
The postholder will manage routine administrative tasks, maintain accurate data and records, handle service queries, and support the team to deliver a high-quality service., There will be a range of administrative tasks including patient flow support and service development. The main duties will include:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Interface Services team, including managing inboxes, handling phone queries, and responding to routine requests.Prepare and distribute documents, forms, spreadsheets, and service materials.Support meeting organisation (scheduling, agendas, note-taking, and action tracking).Coordinate diaries and service activities across multidisciplinary teams.Book and reschedule appointments in line with agreed time frames and clinic templates.Respond promptly to all enquiries and direct them appropriately.Carry out patient-related administration (letters, questionnaires, appointment bookings).Maintain stock levels of stationery and escalate when required.Provide flexible cover during staff absences.
