This is a varied and meaningful position where you'll support him with daily activities, appointments, errands, and leisure outings. Whether it's a trip to the shop, some time outdoors, or keeping things running smoothly at home, your input will make a genuine difference. Harvey enjoys long walks, and walks at a quick pace, so this is something he'd enjoy regularly.

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated support assistant to work with a friendly young man three days a week, helping him stay active, independent, and socially engaged at home and in the community., Warm, dependable, and respectful
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexibly and take initiative
- Knowledge of Eastbourne/local area is helpful
- Prior care experience is useful, but not essential - full support provided, Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
- Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Honest and cheerful
