- Support customers with mental health needs to build confidence and reach their potential
- Provide a hands-on, high-quality support service
- Encourage daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and community involvement
- Promote social inclusion and help customers develop resilience and self-esteem
- Work with agencies on behalf of customers, encouraging choice and acting as an advocate when needed
- Maintain a safe environment and follow relevant regulations and practices, Sanctuary Group encourages and welcomes applications from people from diverse backgrounds to support our commitment to offering an inclusive environment for our employees and customers. We work closely with the Home Office in order to prevent illegal working. - Caring, approachable nature
- Ability to keep accurate records and share information clearly with the team
- Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with customers, families and agencies
- Experience working effectively as part of a team
- Positive and accepting approach to customers whatever their needs
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
- Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
