Supply Teaching Assistant

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers and pupils within the classroom, helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment. Assignments may vary from day to day and could involve supporting individual pupils, small groups or the wider classroom.Working Hours We have a variety of flexible opportunities available, including:

• Full Day: 8:30am - 3:30pm
• Morning: 8:30am - 12:30pm
• Afternoon: 12:00pm - 3:30pm
Positions are available on a full-time, part-time, ad-hoc and day-to-day basis, allowing you to work around your existing commitments where possible., Each day will vary depending on the school and assignment. You will work closely with the class teacher and support pupils throughout the school day.,
• Supporting the teacher with lessons and classroom activities
• Providing one-to-one or small-group support
• Helping pupils with their learning and development
• Supporting children with SEND where required
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
You may also be asked to support pupils during transitions, break times or lunchtime. As a Supply Teaching Assistant, the ability to adapt confidently to different schools and classroom environments is essential.

We are looking for reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people in an educational setting. Previous experience working within a school or supporting children is desirable; however, we also welcome applications from candidates with relevant transferable skills and experience.
