University of Liverpool Mathematics School (ULMaS) Start: As soon as available Contract: Zero-hours / flexible The University of Liverpool Mathematics School is seeking to appoint a number of talented and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to support short- and long-term staff absences. We are particularly interested in colleagues able to teach A-Level Physics. ULMaS is an Outstanding specialist 16-19 school with a national reputation for excellence, innovation and academic stretch. About the Role Supply teachers will:

  • Deliver high-quality A-Level lessons using the school's curriculum plans and teaching resources.
  • Build strong rapport quickly with high-attaining 16-19 students.
  • Work packages may range from single days to extended periods, depending on staff absence or other short-term needs. About ULMaS ULMaS is part of the national specialist maths school network and benefits from close collaboration with the University of Liverpool. The school offers:
  • A stretching curriculum that goes beyond A-Level content.
  • The Aspiring Mathematician Programme (AMP) and Pastoral & Personal Enrichment Programme (PPEP).
