Supply Chain Specialist

As a Senior Supply Chain Specialist, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will play a vital role in one of the UK's most ambitious clean energy programmes - supporting the delivery of major nuclear infrastructure through expert procurement and commercial management. Day-to-day, you'll be required to:

• Lead the end-to-end tender and procurement process for designated electrical and MEH supply chain packages
• Manage commercial and contractual elements of assigned contracts throughout pre- and post-award phases
• Develop and implement procurement plans aligned to project and business strategies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure delivery to cost, quality and schedule
• Monitor contract performance, reporting key commercial metrics and managing risk and change
  
  Significant experience in a senior procurement or supply chain role
• Experience working on large, complex infrastructure or construction projects
• Knowledge of standard forms of contract, such as NEC and FIDIC
• Proven ability to manage contracts across procurement and delivery phases
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills, Degree or professional qualification in supply chain, procurement, business or a related discipline
• CIPS qualification or equivalent is desirable

  This is a permanent, full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based at Aztec West, Bristol. Hybrid working patterns are available. You will be working a minimum of two days per week on site., What we offer
