Join Refresco as a Customer Relationship Coordinator and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Supporting the Customer Relationship Manager, you'll be at the heart of our supply chain operationsensuring timely and accurate service level reporting, analysing key trends in forecasts, events, transport, and order patterns to identify opportunities for improvement., Execute daily supply chain activities to meet agreed customer service levels.
Support the Supply Chain Relationship team to deliver excellent service while meeting cost targets.
Analyse service level reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Maintain customer scorecards and ensure accurate supply reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistent communication.
Prepare for and participate in supply meetings, providing relevant data and insights.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
Support forecasting and stock management for customer activity planning.
