The RoleAn aftermarket-focused Global Supply Manager (GSM) to support sourcing, commercialization, and operational management of replacement and service parts for vehicle fleet operations. This role is highly cross-functional and focused on identifying suppliers, qualifying aftermarket products with engineering and fleet teams, managing procurement workflows, and supporting ongoing supply continuity for critical service parts. Your responsibilities: Source and onboard suppliers for aftermarket vehicle components such as brakes, filters, wipers, glass, and related service parts.Coordinate sample procurement and qualification activities with engineering, fleet, and validation teams.Manage supplier setup activities, including documentation, onboarding, and system integration.Create and manage purchase orders, requisitions, invoices, and procure-to-pay workflows.Track lead times, shipments, shortages, and escalations to ensure supply continuity.Support engineering and fleet builds by managing aftermarket inventory availability and forecasting.Maintain and track blanket POs, quick-turn purchases, NPPV activity, and order quantity changes.Conduct supplier meetings and support vendor performance tracking.Work closely with SAP, purchasing, finance, and supply chain teams to resolve invoicing and operational issues.Support BOM tracking, part-level forecasting, and cost reporting activities.Create dashboards and reporting to track spend, supplier performance, and operational trends.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including MPM, AME, engineering, fleet operations, and suppliers.   • Experience in aftermarket supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or supplier management. Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes including POs, invoices, requisitions, and supplier onboarding. Experience sourcing and managing aftermarket or service-related automotive parts. Strong spreadsheet and analytics skills including pivot tables, dashboards, vlookup, and spend tracking. Understanding of contract manufacturing, supplier operations, and commercial supply chain workflows. Experience managing lead times, shortages, shipment tracking, and supplier escalations. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, fleet, and operations teams. Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and part-level forecasting. Self-starter comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.Desirable skills/knowledge/experience: (As applicable)
  • Experience supporting fleet operations or autonomous vehicle programs.
  • Familiarity with SAP, ERP systems, or automotive parts ordering systems. Experience qualifying aftermarket products with engineering or validation teams. Background in supplier cost analysis, operational reporting, or inventory optimization. Experience supporting NPI builds, quick-turn sourcing, or service parts commercialization
