Supply Chain Line Manager - Assemblies

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Line Manager - Assemblies to join our Burnley site. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing the end-to-end Supply Chain process across Assembly production lines, ensuring customer commitments are achieved while driving operational excellence, on-time delivery, inventory optimisation and continuous improvement. Working within a complex manufacturing environment, you will lead planning and control activities, coordinate internal and external supply chain stakeholders, and develop robust production plans that support our business objectives., As the Supply Chain Line Manager, you will be accountable for the overall Supply Chain process across designated Assembly lines. This includes ownership of Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Planning & Control processes, inventory management, logistics coordination, supplier performance and production scheduling. You will work closely with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Industrial Programme Management and Manufacturing teams to ensure customer demand is delivered efficiently while balancing inventory, capacity, cost and operational risk. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capability, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of manufacturing supply chain processes. • Extensive Supply Chain experience within a manufacturing environment.
