Supply Chain Coordinator

Experteer Overview In this role you help optimize courier logistics and 3PL performance across Deliveroo and Wolt markets. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure gear availability, stock movements, and smooth onboarding of couriers. You'll maintain onboarding systems (Shopify/WooCommerce) and improve processes to reduce last-mile issues. You join a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on operational excellence and scalable logistics. This is a hands-on role with real impact on partner and customer experiences. • Monitor market flows and 3PL performance against KPIs, coordinating gear activity, stock movements, dispatches, and returns Support end-to-end courier onboarding logistics for partners and fleet companies across markets Maintain courier onboarding websites (Shopify and WooCommerce) ensuring smooth order flows, product updates, and basic error troubleshooting Maintain SOPs, IOPs, and process maps; identify recurring issues and propose practical fixes Partner with country operations, sourcing, finance, and external partners to resolve day-to-day questions and support new market integrations Tasks Operational expertise in supply chain/logistics or 3PL performance management Strong proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets) and hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or logistics platforms Ability to follow SOPs, manage routine and non-routine logistics tasks, and troubleshoot moderate issues Clear, action-oriented English communication and cross-functional collaboration Hands-on, adaptable and organized with the ability to handle shifting priorities Key requirements
