Full Job Description
You will be responsible for supporting projects ranging in length from several weeks to many months and working within diverse teams of up to 6-8 consultants supported by sub-contractors and members of the client's own staff. You will contribute to delivering projects to agreed deadlines and budgets, although the focus of this role is employing complex analysis to solve client issues.
- Support high-impact client engagements, contributing to our position as the most trusted advisor in Supply Chain.
- Apply problem-solving skills to projects across Transformation, Digital, AI and Sustainability, under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist in client communication, preparing materials and participating in meetings.
- Drive insightful analysis, blending KPMG expertise with market intelligence and data analytics, to support project objectives.
- Support business development activities, contributing to proposals and presentations.

We are looking for someone with a background in Consulting or industry with a focus on Supply Chain (operational or transformation). As such you will need to demonstrate experience in the following: - Knowledge of Supply Chain processes: S&OP, Transport, Warehouse Management, Network Optimisation, Logistics & Manufacturing (performance improvement) and more.
- Experience in supporting Supply Chain operating model transformation and/or demand planning projects for diverse clients.
- A good understanding of ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle and/or best of breed supply chain solutions (LLamasoft, Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan etc)
- Experience using or helping to implement Supply Chain Analytics solutions (modelling, data analysis, visibility) using AI or Machine Learning.
- Ideally Supply Chain experience gained in an industry that manufactures and distributes its own products such as FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Petrochemicals, Electronics, Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, or Industrial.
