Supervisor - The Frogmill

At Honeycomb Houses we are looking for a front of house supervisor to join our happy home of friendly faces. We are looking for someone with an enthusiastic and outgoing approach to their work who can greet our guests warmly and help them to feel right at home in our dashing domain. Our ultimate applicant would be friendly, approachable and have a good eye for detail. Our spectacular supervisors support in developing and motivating the team and keeping our homes to their infamously high standards and keeping the good times rolling for our wonderful guests that visit us. If you are looking to rise in the ranks into Front of House management, then there is no better steppingstone to start with than our supervisor position. The Role:

• Ensuring the team are warmly welcoming our guests with a smile and ensuring they have nothing less than the best possible time during their visit.
• Being able to integrate well into our hard-working team of friendly faces as well as working happily with the wider team across all departments.
• Confidently making recommendations to guests and the team to uphold high-quality service.
• Preparing and serving drinks to the highest standard.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the house.
• Superior product knowledge and maximization of sales through suggestion and up-selling.
• Act as a role model to junior colleagues.
• Assist in the training and development of new employees.
• Be capable to supervise the team/ a shift - ensuring the team achieve and maintain the highest standards.
