Supervisor - Pontypridd

We're currently recruiting a Supervisor to join a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week. You'll lead the team on shift, keeping everything running smoothly, setting the standard and making sure customers get great service every time. What you'll do

• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Checking and storing deliveries promptly and correctly, and ordering stock
• Being a responsible key holder
• Helping with weekly bookwork and other duties as needed
• Complying with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards
  
  Our ideal Supervisor will:
• Have experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment
• Have good communication skills and a focus on great customer service
• Be a team player with a can-do attitude
• Be able to work under pressure while staying positive
