Full Job Description
are looking for an organised and compassionate Care Supervisor to join our growing Live-In Care team.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you will support Live-In Care Experts to ensure customers receive high-quality, person-centred care in their own homes.

Arranging emergency cover for sickness and holidays
Supporting customer and Care Expert handovers
Completing wellbeing calls and supervisions
Maintaining accurate records and compliance
Supporting training, probation, and onboarding processes
Responding to customer and Care Expert queries
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to work calmly under pressure
Care sector experience preferred
Strong IT and administrative skills
Passion for delivering outstanding care
Full driving license with access to a reliable car
