We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the beautiful Shropshire Region, based in Shrewsbury. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire site teams while ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency in our highways maintenance projects.
Location & HoursLocation: Shrewsbury - site-based, 5 days per week
Hours: Permanent Full-time, 40 hours per week

Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our Shropshire Region team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Planning, programming, and delivering works to meet company and contractual targets.
Conducting safety site inspections and ensuring all health and safety standards are upheld.
Managing and developing site teams to foster career progression and enhance competency.
Collaborating with supply-chain partners to elevate health and safety standards and best practices.
Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations, traffic management, and environmental processes.

Proven supervisory experience in construction and highways, with a solid understanding of site operations.
A recognized Site Safety Management qualification, such as SMSTS or SSSTS.
A full driving license and a valid NRSWA Supervisor card.
Good working knowledge of Temporary Works requirements and fleet management.
A collaborative and dependable approach, with the ability to work effectively with site teams, contractors, and project stakeholders.
