What You'll Be Doing As a Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of repairs, voids, disrepair, and planned works programmes. You'll work closely with clients, residents, operational teams, and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.,

  • Leading and supporting operatives, subcontractors, and administration teams
  • Monitoring performance against KPIs and contractual targets
  • Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring excellent workmanship
  • Managing health and safety compliance across all activities
  • Supporting workforce development through coaching, training, and performance management
  • Investigating and resolving customer queries and complaints
  • Building strong relationships with clients and attending performance review meetings
  • Reviewing operational performance and identifying opportunities for service improvement
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

    We're looking for a confident people leader with experience within repairs, maintenance, property services, or social housing.
  • Essential
  • Experience supervising a workforce within repairs, maintenance, or planned works
  • Strong understanding of housing maintenance and property services
  • Knowledge of schedules of rates (SORs) and service delivery performance measures
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong health and safety awareness
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Commercial awareness and experience managing operational performance
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams
  • Qualifications Trade-related qualification SSSTS Asbestos Awareness Scaffold Inspection qualification (or willingness to obtain)
