Full Job Description
As Supervisor you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team, stock control, championing brand standards, till management and banking. You will also be hands on leading by example you be able to demonstrate high standards of customer service. This role will suit anyone who has a genuine interest in developing a career across our growing Retail team.
After completing our bespoke supervisor training programme, you'll understand our policies, procedures and service standards. This gives you a strong foundation and could open up further progression opportunities within the business.
