Whats in Store for you:As a Groundwork Supervisor you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating groundworks activities on our project.
What your day will include:
- Supervising and leading groundworks teams to ensure works are completed on time.
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards are being met.
- Monitoring equipment usage and maintenance to optimise productivity.
- Providing on-site leadership, guidance and support to the groundworks crew.
SSSTS / SMSTS.
- CSCS Gold card.
- Previous experience supervising Groundworks projects.
- In-depth knowledge of groundwork processes and techniques.
- Experience of working within energy sector would be an advantage.
- Strong communicator.
- Strong team player with the ability to build solid working relationships across the team.
- Flexibility to travel and stay away from home.
- UK driving licence.
