Full Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Supervisor to take responsibility for service delivery within a specified area of our customer's estate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service excellence.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Supervisor, you'll be working within the team, supporting them in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your day to day will include:
-Ensuring the planned preventative maintenance schedule is maintained to an optimum standard
-Developing and supporting engineers to ensure they have the correct skill set for reactive jobs and planned tasks
-Acting as the first point of contact for staff matters, including absence management and performance conversations
-Providing current estate status updates to the Contract Manager and customers as required
-Supporting the compilation of quotes and estimates for remedial and small works
You have a recognised professional NVQ qualification and experience in hard services
-You're a collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-You have a strong understanding of relationship management and industry standard contracts
-You're motivated and passionate about customer service and service excellence
-You possess the ability to review processes and propose thoughtful solutions and improvements, Disability Confident
