Full Job Description
We are looking for a strong Site Supervisor to join an established contractor on a long-term infrastructure project in the Norfolk area. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident running gangs on site and is looking for consistent, ongoing work. You will be working on a busy project with a solid pipeline of works, supporting key groundworks and ducting packages. What You ll Be Doing:
- Supervising and leading operatives on site
- Overseeing groundworks including trenching, ducting, and installations
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Coordinating day-to-day site activities and supporting the wider team
- Assisting with installation of ducts, draw pits, and manholes
- Supporting lifting operations and general civils works
SSSTS essential - HSG47 CAT 1 & CAT 2
- PVM / Banksman
- Slinger / Signaller
- Proven experience supervising groundworks or civils teams
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage teams effectively
Ongoing, long-term work - Established contractor with consistent pipeline
