Supervising Social Workers

In this role, you will provide high-quality support and supervision to foster carers, ensuring the best outcomes for children in care. You will:

• Offer guidance and advice to foster carers, promoting safe and nurturing environments.
• Monitor and review placements to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with professionals to develop care plans that meet individual needs.
  
  A qualified Social Worker with current registration.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and improving the lives of children.
