This is an exciting opportunity for a student seeking an 8-week summer placement to gain valuable hands-on experience, develop practical skills, and explore a potential future career in Quantity Surveying.You will assist in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of projects. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and develop a strong foundation in quantity surveying. What will you be responsible for?
As a Summer Placement Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the project team, supporting them in delivering successful outcomes for our clients.
Your day to day will include:
-Assisting in maximising gross profit for projects
-Managing commercial resources of the project
-Assessing, reviewing, and mitigating commercial and contractual risks
-Helping prepare and submit tenders and contract documents
-Collaborating with the project team to prepare progress reports and financial statements
