Beyond your day-to-day responsibilities, you'll participate in weekly sessions led by industry leaders, connect with fellow interns, and deepen your understanding of the financial services, technology, and mortgage industries. The Operations and Development Intern will support daily processes for IBA's benchmark production and contribute to platform testing, development, and customer onboarding. Responsibilities

• Support daily processes ensuring smooth, timely production of IBA's benchmarks, including Precious Metals auctions
• Support onboarding and training of new customers for the ICE CoT traceability platform
• Support testing and development of IBA platforms
• Contribute to an overhaul of the IBA website
• Support the IBA customer base with invoice calculation breakdowns and billing queries, while working with the IBA commercial team to identify new licensing opportunities.
  
  Applicant must be studying in their penultimate year of a bachelor's degree
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, interacting effectively at all levels
