Full Job Description

  • Entering final year of school, or students expected to be ready for full time employment between December 2027 - June 2028
  • Excellent academic background (all subjects welcome) with a passion for financial markets
  • Highly motivated and tenacious individual, with a proven ability to take initiative and work independently and within a team
  • Fearless networker, comfortable stepping out of their comfort zone to connect with new people
  • Able to navigate dynamic, unscripted client interactions, connecting the dots quickly and problem-solving on the fly
  • Team player: authentic, genuine person capable of working towards collective goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and can easily build new interpersonal relationships
  • Basic programming skills beneficial but not required

  • Interact directly with a global client base, supporting trade execution workflow queries in real-time
  • Drive product development based on client needs and feedback, working both internally and across vendors to increase client connectivity
