Summer Bar Shift Manager
Sherwood Forest | Circa £32,700 per annum
Serve up summer in our new social space
New to Sherwood Forest, Summer Social is a vibrant space where guests can relax, eat, drink and connect. Bringing families and friends together with a lively atmosphere and a large outdoor screen showing sport, films and family entertainment.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee daily shift operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Lead and support the team, fostering a positive and proactive work environment
- Achieve budgeted sales targets and ensure efficient staff deployment
- Maintain high service standards and compliance with brand expectations
- You may be required to work in other units during adverse weather conditions

Your working hours
Please note this is a fixed-term contract until September 2026.
- Full-time, your working hours will fall between 9am - 10pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 160 hours over a 4 - week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes weekends and bank holidays
