Full Job Description
- Oversee the production of Subway products and ensure compliance with Subway and Sodexo standards.
- Manage food storage, prep, and stock rotation to minimize waste and spoilage.
- Lead the team with a can do attitude ensuring exceptional standards
- Monitor stock levels, maintain product availability, and place weekly orders.
- Support weekly/monthly inventory stock takes and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with staff performance management, including training, appraisals, and competency checks.
Previous food preparation and service experience. - Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Positive attitude toward learning and self-development.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
