Practice Plus Group provides primary care and substance misuse services across eleven wings, clinic areas, inpatient facilities, and reception services Hours This is a part time role totalling 22.5 hours per week working three 7.5 hour days or five 4.5 hour days starting at 8.30am. Salary This position is part time time, youll receive an annual salary up to £20,106 per annum How will we support you?
