  • Develop and implement personalised recovery plans, with an emphasis on motivation and empowerment.
  • Facilitate access to a range of addiction recovery services and resources, ensuring comprehensive support for clients.
  • Promote harm reduction strategies, including needle exchange programmes, to ensure client safety and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organisations to deliver holistic care and support.

    To excel in this role, you need recent experience in sectors such as Substance Misuse, Addiction, Drug and Alcohol Support, or Recovery. Relevant qualifications or certifications are important to provide the effective support our clients need.
